At Duchamp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return any unworn, tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
